Our April 14th United Country Multi-Property Real Estate Auction is rapidly approaching! We would like to welcome you to the best real estate buying opportunity of quality properties to be offered in the Northeast this year. Just a few important reminders for those planning to attend:

 1)      For registration: You can bid 2 ways. Live at the Absolute Auction Center or Live on the Internet at Proxibid.com (click here for the ‘Internet Bidding Package’ or above in the "Documents" box for instructions and paperwork). (Please note that the Internet Bidding Link will be posted soon.) Please be sure to bring photo ID, such as a driver’s license, with you. Also, you will need a cashier’s check, money order, or cash for $5,000 for each property you intend to purchase. Cashier’s checks must be made payable to United Country-Absolute Auctions & Realty, Inc. For complete day of auction bidding packet: click here: "Bidding Packet".

 2)      Please take time to click here for United Country Home Mortgage if you intend to finance your purchase. They have money to lend!! This will make you a more comfortable and informed bidder. Also, and most important, if you are pre-qualified with UCHM, you will only have to put down the first down payment of $5,000. Those who are not pre-qualified, will need to put forth an additional 10% of the final bid on within 24 hours from the date of the auction by cashier’s check or wire transfer.

 3)      Take time to review all properties of interest. There are photos and property information available on this web site (listed separately on the Auction Calendar - Real Estate Auctions) for almost all properties. For additional information, or to schedule a viewing of a property, please contact the agent who is listed on the “Viewing Information”. It is important that you have all questions answered and have viewed properties of interest prior to bidding on Wednesday, April 14th.

4)   All properties are guaranteed to have insurable title by closing or you get your money back. Unlike many auctions where you only get 30 Days to close, here you have up to 60 Days to close.  Further, you will get your property free of adverse liens or encumbrances. There are no back taxes owed. The closing will take place like any other traditional sale closing coordinated between the seller’s and buyer’s attorneys.

5)  If you are a Broker and would like to represent a buying client click here for "Broker Participation Form" or click on the "Documents" box at the top right. Please complete the document and return to our office by Tuesday, April 13th @ 4PM.
